About
A coverage desk, not a pharmacy
American GLP answers one question: will anything pay for your GLP-1, where you live, with the plan you have — and what do you do if the answer is no?
What is here
- Medicaid coverage in all 50 states, each page built from at least three separately sourced documents.
- 3 plan types and 30 national carriers and pharmacy benefit managers, read from their own published policies.
- 3 appeal procedures, 45 answers and a 15-term glossary for the words a denial letter uses.
- Tools that count your appeal deadline and date 268 state documents by the effective date printed on each.
How it is written
Every claim carries who published it, a link to the page it came from and the month we read it. Where a source could not be opened or a fact could not be confirmed, the page says so instead of filling the gap. How facts are sourced and labeled. American GLP is the publisher. Nothing here is medical or legal advice.
What it is not
We are not an insurer, a pharmacy, a prescriber or a law firm, and we are not affiliated with any drug maker, insurer or government agency. Some denial pages carry a partner link for cash-pay care, always after the appeal routes and always labeled. How we pay for this.
