How we pay for this

This site is free to read. When you start care through some of the provider links here, we're paid a commission. You don't pay more because of it.

Where that shows up

Providers we have a commercial relationship with are listed first, and we say so on the pages where it applies. That's the honest answer to what the money buys.

Where it doesn't

Coverage facts. Whether your plan covers a drug is your plan's decision, not ours. Every coverage statement here cites the payer's own published policy and the date we read it. If a payer doesn't publish, we say that instead of guessing.

We also don't get paid when you win an appeal or your plan approves you. That path costs us money and it's still the first one we show you, because it's usually the cheaper one for you.

What we are

We're an independent publisher. Not a pharmacy, not an insurer, not a telehealth company, and not affiliated with any drug manufacturer beyond ordinary affiliate agreements.

Nothing here is medical or legal advice, and we can't file an appeal for you. Coverage rules change often — check your own plan documents before you act on anything you read here.
