Two drug makers hold the marks named most often here: Novo Nordisk A/S (Wegovy®, Ozempic®) and Eli Lilly and Company (Zepbound®, Mounjaro®). Company names this site writes about — among them Breeze Meds, Care Bare Rx, Synergy Rx, Gala Health, Oak and CoreAge Rx — are the trademarks or trade names of their own owners, not American GLP's.

Nominative use

Using a name to identify the thing it names, rather than to suggest sponsorship, is nominative fair use — the same reason an independent repair shop can say which car brand it services. Naming a drug or a seller here implies no endorsement in either direction.
