Most of what people are told about GLP-1 coverage is either out of date or about a different plan than theirs. Rules change every few months, states drop coverage mid-year, and the same insurer publishes different criteria for different employers. This site exists to say what is true right now, with the date attached.
She is not a licensed clinician, and nothing here is medical or legal advice. Whether a drug is right for you is a question for a prescriber, not for a coverage page.
Every claim carries the publisher, a link to the page it came from, and the month it was read. Where a source could not be reached or a fact could not be confirmed, the page says so instead of filling the gap. That is why state pages publish only with at least three separately sourced facts — a page that differs from the next one only by a state name is not information.
